has implemented 3i Infotech‘s Kastle™ Onboarding Solution, a rich
workflow-based Credit Approval application to streamline and automate its
business processes in the Commercial & Industrial market segment.
The software has been successfully rolled out at LCF’s 12 regional centers across the United Kingdom. Kastle™ Onboarding Solution GoLive is a key milestone for LCF's Commercial Finance Transformation program, with a vision to maintain and grow LCF's market share in this segment.
Under the scope of this engagement, 3i Infotech has successfully deployed the first phase of the solution by mapping the business process for onboarding new prospects. Automating elements of the existing process is a major benefit that LCF has derived with Kastle™ Onboarding.3i Infotech have also helped in the transitioning from a legacy system.

Kastle™ Onboarding will help transform LCF’s core business through process automation and enabling better control, by generating & monitoring legal documents through its workflow engine, which is integrated with LCF’s Enterprise Document Management System. 3i Infotech has also built Dynamic Management Information reporting, powered by SAP Crystal Reports.
